• How do I choose the paper to use?

  Our smooth brilliant white paper comes with matching white envelopes; we recommend this one if you want a more formal look. Our textured white paper has a very distinctive look and we are matching it with khaki envelopes; choose this one for an edgy, casual look. We are using our off-white flecked paper for greeting cards, but if you want to use it for your party invitations, please discuss with us first. Contact us at contact@shichijiro.com.

• I want a font that is not in preview, is it possible?

  We have more fonts available. For a more comprehensive listing, visit here and tell us the font number in "special instructions" section when placing your order.

• I want a custom color, can you do it?

  We need the RGB value of the color you want; we will do print test for the new color, so please allow 1 extra week for this type of orders.

• When can I receive my order?

  Please note that in most cases, envelopes and cards are shipped separately. Please allow around 1 week for printing, 1 week for USPS shipping. If you need faster service, please let us know, we will try to accommodate.
